9/25/2013 · The fault they have the ECM reporting is an ‘invalid signal’ from the DPF pressure sensor. I still find it strange that it is the ONLY fault the ECM is reporting. I have a week off coming up and will spend some time poking around myself, I want to see if the signal from the sensor is still within the parameters when it reaches the ECM .
8/14/2018 · As mentioned, the idle screw shouldn’t be touched as the idle air controller does the job the screw simply sets the base air opening, the stepper motor adjusts the rest for hot/cold idle speed. There is a procedure to get the ECU to relearn the IAC settings without a Tech 2 IIRC.
